SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in new oak barrels from different regions and of various types and maturation for 6 months on its fine lees.
Its colour is yellow with golden shades. It insignia are its intense citrus aromas, in a background of vanilla and butter, with botanical notes of rosemary, thyme and ginger.
The “Tear of the Pine” is explosively fruity, with intense minerality, delicate acidity and impressively long aftertaste.
