VARIETAL COMPOSITION: Xinomavro, Merlot
It’s a purple/ ruby colour and bouquet of red fruit, tomatoes, spices, vanilla, and coffee aroma, completed with hints of olives and spices, give this wine a full-body character. After the fermentation process is complete, extraction continues for four weeks and then a further eight months are needed for aging in oak barrels for the wine to reach perfection. A soft long-lasting aftertaste makes this red wine really shine.
