Cantina Di Zeni Valpolicella Ripasso is a dry, red wine produced from handpicked Corvina (60%), Rondinella (30%) and Molinara (10%) grapes. After fermentation, the unpressed Amarone skins are added to the Valpolicella wine using the traditional Valpolicella “ripasso” technique. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 10-12 months.
