If it wasn’t for NISSOS Dark, there would have been a vicious storm in the “triangle of the winds” between Tinos, Delos and Mykonos where our brewery lives.
NISSOS 7 Beaufort is a robust beer, with a very dark character and 7% alcohol, brewed with generous amounts of dark caramel malts, and naturally flavoured with three finest noble hops.
Appearance: Clear dark amber, almost brown, in color with a white-beige head. Great head retention and lacing. Normal carbonation.
Aroma: Toffee, caramel, a sweet touch.
Taste and Body: Full body, smooth mouth feel, malt, some caramel (not too sweet), a phenolic touch in the finale.
