Obtained from a premium blend of Pinot Noir grapes (vinified as a rosé) with Chardonnay, this is a delicate and intriguing Trentodoc.
Denomination TRENTODOC grapes Pinot Noir 60% and Chardonnay 40%, picked by hand from the end of August to the beginning of September.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Coppery, tending towards old rose. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Nose: Distinguished and of remarkable finesse, with a fresh fragrance of hawthorn flowers and hints of currants and wild strawberries.
Palate: Dry, clean and elegant, with a delicate background of sweet almonds and aromatic musk; remarkably persistent.
The revival of an original and very promising Cretan variety in a dry white wine version. A unique wine with characteristic identity – rich golden yellow colour, composite flavour and distinct taste.
A composition of 50% malvazia di Candia and 50% Malvazia Aromatica. A wine to be drunk young and paired with grilled fishes, white meats with spicy sauces and mature cheeses.

Made from 100% Vilana grapes, the Mediterra Xerolithia is a gorgeous white wine with a vibrant yellow colour, and an aromatic blend of grapefruit and lime fragrance with a hint of pineapple and mango that awaken the senses, and which leave a full-body and perfectly balanced flavour.

Mediterra Mirambelo is the result of blending of carefully picked Kotsifali and Mandilari grapes. Its vibrant, ruby colour and distinctive spice and dry fruit aroma of Kotsifali grapes are the wine’s unique characteristics. This blends perfectly with the scent of tobacco and vanilla, created from the aging process in oak barrels, to complete the sweet perfume. Blends and hints of fruity flavours are perfectly balanced on the palate, to promote a long-lasting taste.

Mediterra Nea Gi is produced from a blend of Savignon Blanc and Vilana grapes. Its vibrant, yellow colour and exotic fruit aroma flirts with the senses. With a pineapple, banana, lemon and lime aromas, and a fresh, fruity taste, this full-body wine leaves a refreshing flavour.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:
Produced from high-calibre autochthonous varieties of Lefkada and Maratheftico grapes grown locally in the mountainous region of Paphos, Makkas Rodostafylo is a dry rose wine with a vivid red hue and full-bodied taste. As vibrant as its colour is its aroma consisting of bouquets of Morello and strawberry, with a hint of pomegranate to finish.
