SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

A sparkling rose wine made exclusively from carefully picked Malvasia di Schierano grapes. The perlage is fine and persistent. The colour is pale pink, almost cherry. The aromatic pallet is intense and musky reminiscent of clear scents of wild berries, blueberries and wild strawberries. The flavour is sweet, slightly sparkling and it ignites the olfactory sensations.
