“Mikri Arkouda “translated “Little Bear” is a white wine produced from the charismatic varieties of Chardonnay, Assyrtiko, Malagouzia. Citrus & stone fruit aromas overwhelm the final blend, supported by a soft palate with mineral notes and a balanced acidity.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

Dafermou White wine combines the indegenous Xynisteri, the Greek Assyrtiko and Chardonnay varieties harmo­niously. A wine with bright golden glowing color, intense freshness, with delicate aromas of flowers, exotic and white – flesh fruits with notes of citrus flavors and vanilla. Rich and charming mouth, exhales kindness, while the overall presence is characterised by harmony and pleasant acidity.

With the word ‘Bricco’ (‘Bric’, in the dialect of the Langhe region) we refer to the summit of our hills whose calcareous soil, rich in quartz sand and fine silt, assure considerable structure and an immediate expression of bouquet. “Amel” on the other hand means honey a unique product powerful and delicate at the same time ,symbol of fullness and complexity where the flowers blend just like the three varietals that growing on our soils unite producing a variety of different scents. It is on this soil that white grapes find the ideal conditions to fully express their potential. The wine is of a pale straw-yellow, sometimes with light green glimmers.

The aroma combines fruity notes of peach and apricot and a hint of almond acacia and hawthorn. The flavor is full, fresh, sapid, fragrant and lightly mineral. It flows easily on our palate but its elegance persists.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

Produced exclusively from a variety of Chardonnay grapes, Makkas Chardonnay white dry wine comes with refreshing acidity and an aroma of exotic fruits combined with a complex perfume of tobacco, vanilla and nuts – a result of its aging process in French oak barrels.
