VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Dolcetto

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

The wine’s colour is ruby red with intense shades of purple. The nose is fresh and quite fruity with a distinct scent of Morello cherry. It’s dry and pleasantly balanced flavour is attributable to its moderate acidity.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Barbera del Monferato

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

The wine’s colour is lively, bright, deep ruby red. Due to the aging process in Slavonian oak it will acquire garnet reflections. The nose is fresh and fruit forward, reminiscent of blackberry and red fruit jam, and it has spicy scents of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. Full bodied and robust with a slight touch of tartness. Though the presence of wood is evident it blends nicely with the other traits.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Nebiolo

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

The colour is garnet red with ruby reflections. The aroma is intense and persistent with distinct traces of spices, cinnamon, absinthe, tobacco and wild rose. The taste is full and elegant, with soft tannins. The spicy and the woody aromas blend perfectly.

 

TYPE: White Dry

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Cortese

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

The colour is yellow straw with green hues. The aroma is intense and fine, fruity and floral. It remembers the golden apples and green almonds. The scent of chamomile flowers is strong at the taste. The wine appears elegant, harmonious and persistent, with balanced mineral aromas.
