Cocchi Barolo Chinato

Cocchi Barolo Chinato is a versatile Italian aperitif that can be enjoyed in many different ways, be it at the end of a meal, steam heated with orange zest or even as an accompaniment to cocoa rich chocolate.

Packed with flavour, the Barolo Chinato is made with Barolo wine infused with hints of cinchona calisaya bark, rhubarb, gentian root and cardamom which after extraction and a refinement period of almost one year in a barrel, makes for a rich texture, a clean character and refreshing aftertaste.
