They say that the standards of a good bar are measured by its Bloody Mary. You can’t make the signature cocktail without tomato cocktail juice, so make sure you have one of the best.

The Mala Peruviana – which translates into The Bad Peruvian, because the leaves of the tomato plant were toxic but its fruit was shiny and red – is made from Greek ripe tomatoes that carry with them tradition and a packaging based on Aristotle’s theory of colours.
