- Dragon Legend is a new single malt whisky created by our Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion, to showcase the richer, smokier side of Highland Park.
- Intense aromatic smokiness produced by our unique, woodless Orkney peat, hand-cut from Hobbister Moor, only seven miles from the distillery.
- This is combined with hints of warm spicy fruit cake which come from a long maturation in Sherry seasoned European and American oak casks.
