Yellow Rose Rye comes from hand selected barrels, blended and bottled in Texas. This small batch limited production whiskey is made to create a Grain Forward Rye resulting in a highly versatile liquid.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Copper, amber.
Nose: Mild vanilla and pine with hint a of brown sugar.
Palate: Slightly sweet, spearmint with mild pepper and maple.
Finish: Medium finish with less pepper than other rye whiskeys.
